This strictly limited special edition of the AmberPickups 5-Way Strat Wiring Kit takes you on a sonic journey back to the golden age of the Stratocaster.
The centerpiece: an original NOS Erie 0.02 µF capacitor! Genuine stock from the 1960s, identical to the capacitors Fender used in its legendary guitars back then.
This absolute rarity delivers a warm, airy, and harmonically balanced tone.

As is customary with AmberPickups, every kit is handcrafted and meticulously tested in Germany. The specially selected CTS 275 kΩ (Custom) volume and tone pots are hand-measured and perfectly matched to ensure smooth operation, precise control, and maximum transparency.

An original CRL 5-way switch is used—the traditional choice of many boutique manufacturers, known for its mechanical precision and durable, crisp switching characteristics.
Wiring is done with 22 AWG vintage push-back wire, in the style of classic 60s Strats—for maximum authenticity and reliability.

The kit is fully pre-wired and can be installed in virtually any Stratocaster with three single-coil pickups, without any modifications.
A high-quality ring wrench is included to mount the pots securely and without scratching.

Note: For imported Strats with metric pots, the pickguard holes may need to be slightly enlarged. In this case, please use US-spec knobs.
